Cody provided a diagnostic assessment and provided great advice on our washer. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

We have always had great service from Mr. Appliance in Sherwood Park! Today we had Sam to fix our dryer and he was fast and professional. Also, they had a change of schedule so fit us in earlier which was greatly appreciated.

Professional and timely service!

Brent came to our house to fix a leak on our washing machine. The parts were ordered. The bellows on the front load door shifted about 3 inches and the door would not open. When Brent arrived with the parts for the leak he discovered a broken spring. At this point we decided to buy a new washing machine. I called the office to tell them what kind of washing machine we wanted and we would be in in the morning to purchase it. Rob sent a quote for the models we were interested in. After the review of the quotes we went to the store to make the purchase. He then asked if we wanted it delivered today and we said yes. Within 1 hour the new washing machine was delivered to our house. Oh and by the way they took all the parts back at no cost. For sure we will be getting all repairs and new purchases from Mr Appliance.

Sam was extremely respectful and took time to communicate with us on what the issue was. We appreciate it when contractors don't just come in to look at a problem but as well educate on what they are finding and doing. Sam is very knowledgeable and polite in every respect! Thank you Sam!!

Brent visited our home to fix our washing machine and dishwasher. He replaced the shock absorbers in the washing machine and it works perfectly now. He also identified the problem which caused the dishes not to dry fully in the dishwasher; he ordered the required part and fixed the dishwasher which now functions effectively. Other technicians had examined the dishwasher previously and recommended replacement since the dishwasher is over 5 years old. We are very happy with the efficient service!

Outstanding service! On time, knowledgeable, friendly staff and they get the job done. The service tech explains what the problem was and fixed it, I was shown the broken part/what it's function was, he left the place clean and fridge running great. This was the second time I had a repair done by this team and confidently recommend Mr. Appliance repair team, Sherwood Park.

Hands down the BEST appliance repair (sales) company in Sherwood Park (and likely Edmonton). We've had them out many times in the 4yrs we've owned our home for Dishwashers, Fridges, Clothes Washer, Dryer and now our Viking Stove that came with the house. They are zero BS, zero manipulation with the upmost in care, attention to details and relaying of information. When it was time to replace/upgrade four appliances, we bought new from Mr. Appliance because we knew the products they sell are the ones that last! We've been extra lucky to get Cody Smith as our technician (6 different visits) and he provides outstanding service with expert knowledge and such a fun demeanor.

Serviceman was personable, explained as he worked. Job done quickly with no mess left.

We just had Zoltan come by to fix our dishwasher and he was fantastic. Solved the problem and had it fixed in an hour. That's the second time he's been out to our place for some sort of repair and we will definitely be calling him again when the time comes.

We had an excellent experience with Mr. Appliance in Sherwood Park. Our sales representative, Rob Colbourne, went above and beyond when our new cooktop didn’t fit by less than an inch. He took the time to answer several phone calls, helped us find a granite company to adjust the countertop, and even provided other vendor contacts to ensure the project was completed successfully. Rob’s commitment and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We have also used Mr. Appliance for other appliance repairs in the past, and every time the service has been professional, informative, and reasonably priced. We highly recommend Rob and the Mr. Appliance team and will not hesitate to use their services again.

Larry was prompt, pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. If something didn't need to be done he didn't do it. The price was reasonable

Cody was very thorough in repairing my dishwasher checking very carefully for the leak and seeing what could possibly be the issue.

Booked an appointment, to repair my dryer, for late in the week, but they were able to show up days earlier because an opening in their schedule. Quick and efficient.

Tyler came out today (Sep. 18, 2025) in the first call out of the day. FIRST OF ALL he was extremely respectful in taking off his outside shoes. Had to mop after though had to mop as his partner didn't but his partner had no other concerns as he was polite. We prefer contractors using new shoe slippers if they choose to keep their shoes on as that saves us from mopping the floor after they are finished. COMMENDATIONS TO ROB as he is trying to work with GE to replace the washer as we had just bought it but the motor was defective - hoping we get a new one. Thank you Rob! :o) Tyler educated me on what the issue was when I began asking questions and he explained they dynamics of the motor that was now working - I appreciate it when contractors don't just come in to look at a problem but as well educate on what they are finding and doing. Tyler even started to take his rag and commenced cleaning the laundry area that became soiled from the work, only Cody has done that on past call outs, but I told Tyler not to worry I would do a full clean. All this tell you that he is a true and respectful gentleman outside of his job at the company. I even phoned "Rob" the manager to highlight Tyler's performance above - he represented the company well!

He even started to take his rag and commencing cleaning the area that became soiled from the work but I told him not to worry I would do a full clean - but the fact that he even offered tells you that he is a true and respectful gentleman outside of his job at the company.

Cody came out to repair our dishwasher and as usual, he was on time and had the repair done in quick order. Definitely recommend Mr. Appliance.
