Second time we have needed their service. Again, excellent service. On time. Courteous and polite. Explained the problem clearly. Explained billing process clearly. We’ve recommended to friends who experienced the same level of professionalism. I’d also like to add that the online booking system is excellent. I booked our appointment long after the office was closed so the convenience was great. I went into the system on a Sunday and appointments were available from Tuesday onward. I think that’s quite amazing- when you are already really missing the use of your major appliance and it can be dealt with so quickly.

Nathan McGuigan is the ultimate repair person! He was on time, friendly, polite and respectful and went straight to work. He explained every step of the process he was following, showed us the parts before and after, explained the issues, did extra complementary things such as vacuuming all of the lint out of the dryer and checking the outside vent for airflow, had the part we needed so he was able to repair the dryer during his visit, answered questions fully and made helpful suggestions. He was friendly and efficient without wasting time or getting sidetracked. It was a pleasure to do business with him and with this company. They are now on our ‘preferred’ list!

We can't begin to express the relief we feel at having our fridge restored to proper working condition after worrying for so long about what might be wrong with it. My over-the-stove microwave stopped suddenly, and I was prepared to have to replace it. But Nathan, the repairman from Mr. Appliance, assured me that it might need only a couple of parts. I appreciate that he clearly explained everything as he was checking the oven. He found that it needed two replacements, and only two days later, on a Saturday, he was back to complete the repair. It's working perfectly. This is the second time I've used Hanover Mr. Appliance, and I highly recommend them, from the pleasant and efficient intake person to the knowledgeable and helpful repair people. Like others, I also like the use of the pre-visit photo ID provided.
