Booking online was quick and easy, and the service was scheduled within a day or so—which is rare and hugely appreciated. The warranty offered and the overall professionalism of the company inspire real confidence and trust. Outstanding service all around. I had my dryer repaired yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician, Nathan, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had everything fixed faster than I expected. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained exactly what was wrong in a way that was easy to understand. It’s great to have a reliable company right here in Hanover. My experience with David and the team has been extremely pleasant. From the initial consultation, diagnosis and repair, communication has been exceptional. There are clear explanations of the issues and no hidden fees. The team has fixed my dishwasher, oven and provided an upright freezer, all at affordable prices. They have truly made my life easier. Just had David the technician leave and he did an amazing job fixing my stove. There were 2 issues and nobody had been able to fix it He was so courteous and professional. Would highly recommend this company to everyone. Thanks for the great job Shari
