Technician David was very professional, came in to service my Miele washing machine, he kept me informed on what the issue was and offered to come back same day if the problem was not fixed. I didn’t have to call back as the issue was fixed. Very happy with service would definitely use them again.

Replacing motor in dryer was complicated process but Sidney was very efficient and thorough considering he had to work also in a very tight space

The gentleman that serviced my dryer was knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. The technician went out of his way to accommodate the needs of my situation and I highly recommend him and the company.

After taking out the turkey from our Miele oven on Xmas Day, the oven door wouldn’t close properly. Matt from Mr Appliance figured out that the problem was with the left-hand door hinge and Lo and behold he found the screw that was missing and voila, all good again! Thanks for your great service!
