I am quite satisfied with all my dealings with Mr. Appliance during the past 10+ years. Today was the conclusion of the dishwasher repair, a part has to be back ordered since the beginning of the year. Just like before, Harjeet performed the replacement in a timely and professional manner. He also gave us a recommendation on our usage.

I had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. A real person answered the phone (already a win!) and booked a same-day visit. Sydney, the technician, showed up on time, wore booties to protect my floors, and got straight to work. He identifed the washer's model and purchase info just by snapping a photo with his iPad. The washer came with the house. I had no idea it was 26 years old. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a broken belt and confirmed—right from my basement—that the part was in stock. Although he estimated a 5-day wait, he was back in just 3 to finish the job. The total cost was $343.87. I was hesitant about paying upfront, but everything went smoothly, and now my vintage washer is back in action. Great service, clear communication, and fast turnaround. Highly recommend!

Technician was very pleasant and well prepared. He was able to diagnose and repair our dryer in one visit. Hope we do not need to use the one year guarantee offered and that the rest of the dryer holds up long term.

Very impressed by the service although it is expensive for the consultation. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable, and quite friendly. He gave me good advice.

The service was great. The issue with my dishwasher was diagnosed as a blocked up pump, the fix followed right away and now the dishwasher works great. The first repairman I called wanted to change the board which would have cost $800. I’m glad I got a second opinion.
