Allan was good clean and polite

5+ service. Gursewak was great, professional, polite, explained everything and even gave us a work around for our dishwasher that wasn't completely draining so that we didn't buy a part that was worth almost as much as the dishwasher. Totally recommend this company. Very pleased with the service and honesty.

Very friendly and quick service

After conducting a Google search and reading the reviews, I contacted Mr. Appliance of Orangeville to set-up a repair/diagnostic appointment for my LG dryer that stopped working. I received a call hours later letting me know they had a cancellation that day so a service technician, Gursewak, was dispatched later that afternoon. Gursewak was professional, knowledgeable and punctual and ran diagnostics to find out the dryer motor needed to be replaced. He provided us with a fair and reasonable quote for the entire job. Within a week, the part was ordered and my dryer was repaired and in working order. Thank you Mr. Appliance of Orangeville for saving me $$$ on a new appliance. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of an dryer repair!

I sent a request online for service on my gas stove. Within a couple of hours a very nice person set up my appointment for the very next day between 9 and 11am. The service technician Gaurav showed up promptly at 9am and brought his own door mat and booties to come into my home. Within 2 minutes he discovered the minor problem that stopped one of my burners from igniting and corrected the issue. Gaurav was very polite and professional completely satisfying my needs. Very professional and friendly. They go the extra mile and even bring their own door mat to keep snow out of your house and cover their shoes with booties. Highly recommend them for any appliance repairs.

Gaurav came to assist with our gas oven. The office notified us when he was on his way with a photo of him for reference. Gaurav was very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. The office got my request on off hours Friday night and still contacted me to make the earliest appointment on Monday. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Would highly recommend this company. Our built-in oven/micro combo stopped working on Dec. 11. This unit was still under warranty, and after multiple phone calls over numerous days to Frigidaire/Electrolux, they were not able to get someone out to fix the unit before Christmas. I called Mr. Appliance Orangeville, and explained our urgency. They worked their magic and got their team to come in right away. The repair guys were courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job with the repair and I can’t thank them enough (Allan and his team) for getting this looked after before Christmas. I will definitely use them again!!

I cannot say enough great things about this business. From the first call that I made in regards to getting my dishwasher fixed, To booking appointments, The calibre of Customer Service that we received both from the intake, call to the service tech who was dispatched has been exemplary. They send you updates and with the picture of the tech on email or text to ensure that you know who is coming. They put a mat outside the door To ensure cleanliness. Great communication, professionalism, and their prices were extremely reasonable Highly recommend! Definitely would use them in the future-Though honestly, I hope I don’t have to;))
