The girl was very helpful when making an appointment and explained the cost of having someone come out to look at my oven. They texted me when a technician was coming and it had a picture of him. I really felt at ease opening the door. ( this I didn’t expect and appreciate the thought). The technician Christopher B was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem , ordered the part and gave me an estimate on the spot. I had told him I was hoping to have it fixed before Thanksgiving. He found out the part came in last night and this morning called to have me put in today to come and repair it. It is now ready for Thanksgiving. From the time I called to the repair being done was fast and efficient. I will most definitely call when my appliance break and I will request Christopher B again as he is very thoughtful did a great job. I am one extremely happy customer.

Fantastic and friendly service. Mike was the chap who came and helped us out with a broken down dryer he was AWESOME! Curtious and helpful. He came and assessed on the Monday … they ordered the parts and by friday it was fixed and running!!! Highly recommend this company!!!!

I cannot say enough good things. Our stove burners were not working and we needed to have them fixed before making Thanksgiving. From the very start we had great communication, easy booking, and simple and direct service. Very informative and helpful. Even put slip on things over his boots to keep our floor clean.
