Great to deal with and reliable. Show up on time so I don’t sit around all day. Any appliance repair will go to these guys 100%.

The customer service was exceptional. They were friendly and polite from the very first call. They booked the appointment and got me in faster then I expected. The day of the appt I received notice when the service tech was on his way. Technician was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The price for repairs was reasonable. I highly recommend. I will definitely reach out again for any appliance service I need.

I had a worn water pump on my Washing machine and placed a request for service call. When Nathan arrived, he was within time frame promised and he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. I agreed to the repair and a few days later, Luke arrived with the part and was on time as well and quickly made the repair and made sure everything was working properly. Both Nathan and Luke were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to call them again if the need arises. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance.

We were very pleased with the service. Our call was returned promptly. David and Lucas diagnosed our problem with the washing machine, and it was repaired in a couple of days. Friendly, courteous service. Would call them again.

We booked in to get our washing machine looked at, as the drum had gotten loose on the weekend. Booking was super easy on the website, and service was quick and easy (I wasn’t there myself but my wife was). From what I was told they came in, diagnosed it really quick, fixed it even quicker than expected, including the latch issue we had. Very nice fellas too, from what my wife says! (Nathan and Luke) Literally the ONLY issue with the whole process was we’d booked for the morning but ended up with an afternoon appointment scheduled, which after calling turned out to be due to the technicians starting out the day an hour away. Just a part of living in smaller areas like this! Will 100% call them again if we have issues with any of our appliances, as we felt it was top notch!

We were extremely satisfied with a repair of our dryer that was done by Nathan. There were no surprises throughout the whole process - everything was handled professionally. We were presented with a quote after Nathan's assessment of the problem and he proceeded with the repair only after we had given him a go-ahead. Nathan had spare parts in his van and completed the repair work in a competent and efficient manner. The dryer works like new. This was a very positive experience for us! It is a huge relief to find a service technician, like Nathan, who is knowledgeable, communicates clearly, is courteous, efficient and tidy. Highly recommended.

So grateful for Mr. Appliance (Nathan)) our furnace went out , we called them and they arrived when they said they would and has us back up and running same day. We would recommend this company to anyone. I like their concept you get information & picture of the person that would be coming, along with follow up phone calls. Nathan was very professional and did a great job 👍🍺
