Experience with Mr Appliance was straight forward and had great service. Sagar was super friendly, helpful and efficient at his work. We have had him repair our washing machine and dryer.

Mr. Appliance is awesome. From booking an appointment to completing the required repair I was kept informed throughout the process, which was seamless. It’s great to get a notification when the service tech was on route and they provided a name and even a photo so I knew who was coming to do the work. I would highly recommend them.

Booking process was simple and effective. Chris showed up on time, was very polite, and promptly get to assessing our problem. He found the issue, and provided a quote. He fixed and tested our appliance, in short order. Very pleased, and will definitely recommend.

We were very happy with the repair to our ice maker and oven. Despite the fact that the wiring was difficult to find for the oven, the repairs were done quickly and efficiently.

Called about an issue with our gas oven, it would not light they came Tuesday morning to asses the problem, ordered a new part and was back by Friday to fix it up. All done in less than an hour. Great friendly service.

Josh is the only one in our area able to fix our Thermador Coffee Maker. Thank you so much, Josh. 🙏 So grateful.

Mr. Appliance is the best! Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable and were able to quickly address the issue and repair it (in the same visit) and get our dryer working again. This is the second time Chris has worked on our appliances and he was great! Highly recommend.

Our tech Christopher was awesome. He had to come back for completion while we waited for a part but he was expertly trained, knew his stuff and was very patient and thorough explaining everything. Having Christopher represent your company is something you should feel very good about. Slightly expensive but I don't care about that because the job was done right and I feel confident in the workmanship.
