I am so happy with the service I received from Mr. Appliance. Specifically, Christopher who is very knowledgeable and was able to identify the problem and the solution to the problem I had with my refrigerator. Christopher returned on the second day and promptly made the repair in mere minutes. Christopher was very respectful to me and my property. Technician Christopher B arrived promptly at 8:15am this morning. He was friendly and conducted himself in a professional manner. He kept me informed of each step of the service and explained the situation clearly and in a manner that I could understand. He was courteous and thoughtful throughout the service call, asking permission and informing me each time he had to go to his truck and re-enter my house. It is evident that Christopher B has an excellent work ethic and deals with his customers/clients with integrity. I will be requesting Christopher B for all my appliance servicing.

Josh came he is excellent we have had him before. Matt in training was also polite and helpful. I would recommend Mr appliance and Josh to anyone that asked As far as I am concerned he’s the best!
