My search for an appliance repairer began with a Google search. I selected Mr. Appliance based on their customer rating - actual rating and the number of reviews. My wife and I were thoroughly impress with the timely response and quick appointment booking. As well, Mike showed up on time, identified the issue promptly and arranged parts and repair very quickly. Everything was great, and we would highly recommend Mr. Appliance, and will not hesitate to call them again if we need to again.

Allan was there on time and did a great job. They sent him the wrong part from the manufacturer the first time unfortunately, that happens. Had the proper part within a few days and replaced it right away. Verified everything worked correctly and never charged any extra labour or time. Thanks Allan great job.
